  • Implement dual-source and business continuity initiatives.
Operational Excellence
  • Drive cost reduction, supplier productivity, and commercial improvements.
  • Partner with Engineering and Quality teams on product changes, supplier qualifications, audits, and continuous improvement programs.
  • Support new product introductions, production ramps, and facility expansions.
Risk Management & Supply Chain Resilience
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to supply continuity, logistics, capacity, and geopolitical exposure.
  • Develop strategies that strengthen continuity of supply and overall network resiliency.

  • Ensure procurement and sourcing data integrity.
  • Drive ERP accuracy for supplier commitments, lead times, pricing, and planning parameters.
  • Utilize data and reporting to support decision-making and operational performance.

Preferred
  • MBA or Master's degree.
  • Experience supporting semiconductor, electronics, precision machining, industrial equipment, aerospace, medical device, or similarly complex manufacturing environments.
