Job summary

Applied Resource Group is seeking a Director of Supply Chain to own procurement, inventory, warehousing, supplier and logistics operations across multiple markets. This senior role calls for strategic leadership and hands-on execution to drive efficiency and scalable processes while expanding national operations.

The ideal candidate will optimize costs, enhance supplier performance, and build a robust team and systems, partnering with Finance, Operations, Sales, and Customer Success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, or related.
• 8+ years of progressive supply chain and operations experience.
• Experience leading multi-site or national operations.
• Proven track record in cost-saving initiatives.
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship skills.
• Experience with ERP/WMS and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Set direction for procurement, inventory, warehousing, distribution, and logistics.
• Build a supply chain strategy to support growth across markets.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate pricing, terms, service levels.
• Own supply chain budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
• Develop and coach leaders for purchasing and warehouse operations.
• Establish inventory levels and improve forecasting and replenishment.
• Provide executive leadership with reporting on performance, risks, costs, and improvement initiatives.
