Responsibilities

• Lead the vision and strategy for AI-enabled customer engagement analytics across the organization.
• Define governance, QA/QC and evaluation frameworks for AI analytics capabilities.
• Build knowledge frameworks and prompt-based methodologies for enterprise AI adoption.
• Partner with field leaders to co-create analytics approaches and drive adoption across brands.
