Job summary

Bayer is seeking an Executive Director, Field Decision Intelligence to lead AI-enabled analytics and decision intelligence across the Customer Engagement organization. The role is based in Whippany, NJ, with relocation support possible for candidates not living nearby, and requires building governance, frameworks, and field-coaching capabilities to drive measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
• Leadership in analytics, data science, or AI-enabled analytics.
• Experience applying AI to commercial decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead vision, strategy, and evolution of AI-enabled customer engagement analytics and decision intelligence.
• Establish governance, QA/QC processes, monitoring frameworks and corrective actions for AI analytics.
• Partner with field leaders to co-create analytical approaches and drive measurable business outcomes.
