Job summary

Bayer in Whippany, NJ seeks a Director, Decision Intelligence & AI Product Strategy to translate business questions into analytical blueprints and embed insights into workflows. You will lead strategic analyses, oversee KPIs, and partner with DI to deliver reusable decision products.

You will work across the full lifecycle, validate approaches with stakeholders, and mentor teams while driving product growth and competitive advantage. A Bachelor’s degree and deep healthcare analytics are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare market intelligence.
• Strong knowledge of the US healthcare environment.
• Proven strategic advisor to senior leaders.
• Ability to translate complex decisions into analytical blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic thought partner and analytical architect for the Product Squad.
• Advise Product leadership and shape the decision agenda by value, urgency and importance.
• Translate questions into analytical blueprints defining evidence, data, KPIs and success measures.
• Design blueprints for recurring decisions and reusable decision products.
• Generate insights from multiple data sources and lead major analyses.
• Conduct market research including patient journey mapping and segmentation.
• Architect analytics across an integrated Decision Intelligence model.
• Own the end-to-end analytical blueprint and validate approaches before embedding insights.
