Job summary

Bayer is seeking an Executive Director, Field Decision Intelligence, based in Whippany, NJ, to lead AI-enabled analytics and decision intelligence across the Customer Engagement organization. This role will shape governance, framing, and deployment of analytics for field teams, coaching them to drive improved customer outcomes.

You will collaborate with analytics, data science, and digital teams to build scalable capabilities, ensure quality, and deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required for leadership roles.
• Experience leading AI-enabled analytics teams.
• Pharma/healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong executive communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to drive organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-enabled analytics strategy for Field Decision Intelligence.
• Define governance and QA/QC standards for analytics.
• Coach field teams and drive adoption of insights.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders across Customer Engagement, Data Science, and Digital teams.
• Deliver measurable business impact through analytics-driven decisions.
