Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in user experience design, with focus on interaction design and information architecture.
• Advanced skills in visual design, storyboarding, and data fluency for digital products.
• Proven leadership in guiding diverse teams of experience designers.
• Experience with inclusive design, accessibility guidelines, and assistive tech.
• Understanding of market trends, product knowledge, and emerging technologies.
• Experience designing and building with AI tools.
• Experience in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement user experience strategies aligning with business objectives and IA.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of experience designers.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, accessibility standards, and new technologies.
• Design methods using insights from performance metrics to optimize experiences for diverse customer segments.
