You will advocate inclusive design, mentor designers, and align experience strategy with business goals across digital channels.

You will collaborate with Product, Technology, Data, Legal, and Operations to deliver scalable, compliant design solutions and drive user-centric outcomes for diverse customer segments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of UX design leadership and hands-on expertise in interaction design and IA.
• Advanced skills in visual design, storyboarding, and data fluency.
• Proven leadership guiding diverse teams of experience designers.
• Experience with inclusive design, accessibility guidelines, and assistive tech.
• Understanding of market trends and technology to drive UX outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement user experience strategies in line with business objectives and apply expertise in interaction design and information architecture
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of experience designers, fostering collaboration, and promoting professional development through coaching and performance management
• Drive innovation by staying abreast of industry trends, accessibility standards, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge and user-centric approach
• Design methods to incorporate insights from key performance metrics, utilizing data fluency to inform decision-making and optimise user experiences for diverse customer segments
• Lead experience strategy for complex banking and payments journeys across digital channels
• Partner with Product, Technology, Data, Legal, and Operations to deliver scalable, compliant design solutions.
