Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Experience Design Senior Associate to shape the user experience of our Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB) Payment products.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create inclusive, accessible designs that balance user needs with business goals. In this role, you will apply advanced UX principles, conduct data-driven design decisions, and communicate outcomes to stakeholders and executives, ensuring a seamless experience across web and mobile

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a user experience design role focused on improving digital products and services.
• Proven ability to design visually appealing and functional experiences using industry-standard tools.
• Experience designing across web, mobile, and other digital channels.
• Ability to translate complex, ambiguous requirements into actionable insights.
• Knowledge of inclusive design principles, accessibility guidelines, and assistive technologies.
• Strong wireframing, journey mapping, and prototyping skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop smart interactions across products, platforms, and stakeholders.
• Apply information architecture and storyboarding to create user-centric designs.
• Conduct data-driven analyses to inform design decisions and create design strategies from research insights.
• Collaborate to incorporate inclusive design principles and accessibility guidelines.
• Iterate designs based on user feedback and insights to improve the user experience.
• Assist in analyzing market trends, user research studies, and user behavior analyses to inform design decisions and contribute to strategic thinking.
• Clearly communicate and present design work to stakeholders, executives, and internal teams.
