Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in business transformation or related fields.
• 10+ years leading large-scale cross-functional transformation programs with enterprise impact.
• Mastery of enterprise transformation strategy, operating models, governance, and roadmaps.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into prioritized capabilities and scalable solutions.
• Executive stakeholder management and influence across senior leaders.
• Strong planning, risk management, and performance measurement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the business transformation function and align with technology leadership on a multi-year program.
• Establish and oversee the transformation roadmap, scope, milestones, and value realization.
• Translate strategy into prioritized capabilities and delivery plans with business and tech leaders.
• Maintain executive visibility into progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Design governance, reporting, escalation, and decision-making forums.
• Lead change management, communications, training, and stakeholder engagement.
• Define KPIs, adoption metrics, and benefits realization; manage risks and readiness gaps.
• Build and develop a high-performing transformation team focused on execution excellence.
