Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc. is seeking a Sr. Energy Project Analyst to serve as a customer-facing financial modeling expert for commercial, industrial, and community energy storage and solar projects across the United States.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in renewable energy, with exposure to distributed generation, community solar, or energy storage.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel including macros and scenario analysis.
• Familiarity with PV and ESS design tools (HelioScope, Energy Toolbase) and production modeling.
• Knowledge of electricity markets, tariff structures, and incentive programs.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct energy storage analytics to analyze the business value of energy revenue streams and support internal/external teams.
• Model cash-flows over 20-year horizons and assist with project economics.
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models for project economics, returns, and risk.
• Validate assumptions and optimize project economics in collaboration with customers and stakeholders.
• Gather and analyze inputs (revenue forecasts, CapEx/OpEx, equipment specs) for accurate modeling.
• Perform market and competitive research to inform pricing and forecasts.
• Prepare client-facing presentations and support the sales team.
• Assist in preliminary solar and energy storage system designs for feasibility.
