Dow Jones Energy seeks an Executive Director, Consulting Solutions to lead our global consulting practice, building long-term client relationships and delivering complex bespoke solutions across energy sectors. You will manage pipeline, forecast resources, and coordinate with Business Development to convert opportunities into revenue, while shaping market strategies and ensuring high-margin outcomes.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of Consulting with responsibility for revenue plans, pipeline, and delivery.
• Broad knowledge of the chemical and energy industries.
• Deep understanding of the enterprise buying center and executive personas.
• Coaching Business Development leads and cross-vertical alignment.
• Experience representing a trusted brand with customers and at global industry events.
• Proven ability writing, negotiating, and executing detailed consulting agreements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global consulting operations, managing project revenue backlog, pipelines, and resource allocation.
• Spearhead Go-To-Market strategies and sales enablement to expand market share.
• Liaise with and coach business development leads on pipeline creation and management.
• Identify untapped market opportunities and propose new consulting offerings.
• Interface with global industry organizations to build relationships.
• Ensure pipeline building, RFP submissions, and project delivery meet timelines and budgets.
