Job summary

FPC National is seeking a seasoned leader to create, execute and own end-to-end supply chain planning (S&OP) for a multi-site manufacturing and distribution client with extensive acquisitions and growth across the U.S. and Mexico.

Qualifications

• IBP/SIOP process expertise and strong planning acumen.
• Experience with mid-size manufacturing companies (PE exposure preferred).
• Executive presence and board-level exposure.
• Change management acumen and continuous improvement mindset.
• 10–15 years of related experience.
• BA/BS degree required.

Responsibilities

• Create, execute, integrate and own end-to-end supply chain planning (S&OP).
• Direct a team across demand planning, supply planning, capacity planning and purchasing.
• Drive integrated processes and collaboration with customers to improve service metrics.
• Engage with executive stakeholders to align organizational focus and strategy.
