Job summary

Globus Medical seeks a Director of Planning to own end-to-end Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and transform global demand and supply planning into a strategic advantage. You will drive ERP/MRP excellence, diagnose MRP logic in real time, and translate operational constraints into financial impact at the executive table.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years in supply chain leadership in a regulated manufacturing environment (medical device strongly preferred)
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to direct teams and manage multiple priorities
• Proven ERP/MRP implementation leadership (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) in multi-site environments

Responsibilities

• Integrated Business Planning (IBP): Build and lead a disciplined, executive-level IBP process connecting commercial ambition to operational reality.
• ERP/MRP Technical Excellence: Lead ERP/MRP implementation, governance, and system optimization across a multi-plant network.
• Demand & Supply Performance: Improve forecast accuracy and maintain world-class service levels; align outcomes to margin and revenue realization.
• Organizational Leadership: Build and upgrade global planning talent and drive accountability through KPI rigor.
• Organizational Requirements: Ensure compliance with Code of Conduct and applicable laws; travel as required.
