PCI Pharma Services is seeking a Director, Business Performance to lead Finance Operations across Clinical, Commercial and Development segments. You will unify planning, analysis, and strategic initiatives to improve EBITDA and cash flow, partnering with senior leadership to translate insights into value creation.

The role requires 12+ years in finance with proven leadership in a matrixed, international environment, preferably in pharma or CDMO settings.

Formación

12+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership in business performance, FP&A, or transformation.
Experience in a publicly listed company with international, matrixed structure.
Experience in manufacturing or life sciences sectors is preferred.

Responsabilidades

Lead annual budget, forecasts, and long-range planning in partnership with Segment Finance and Corporate FP&A.
Drive performance review processes, identify risks and opportunities, and monitor execution.
Provide decision support, scenario analyses and executive insights for resource allocation and value creation.
Oversee capital spend, working capital management and cash deployment.
Develop and mentor the Business Performance team and scale capabilities across Finance Operations.
