Job summary

ProAmpac Employee Assistance Fund (PEAF) seeks an Executive Director to oversee strategic, financial, and operational aspects, guiding the program's vision and scaling globally while engaging the workforce and sustaining impact across sites.

You will partner with the Board, manage governance, fundraising, and communications, and travel to corporate and manufacturing locations to raise awareness and foster partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, business administration, human resources, or closely related field preferred.
• Proven experience managing charitable programs, foundation grants, or corporate employee assistance funds.
• Global exposure and experience implementing initiatives across multi-site or newly acquired footprints.
• Strong budgeting, financial reporting, and donor tracking experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic leadership and global expansion for the PEAF.
• Oversee daily operations of grant processes with confidentiality and compliance.
• Collaborate with the Board of Directors on policy development and long-term planning.
• Design fundraising initiatives including donor campaigns and payroll deduction programs.
• Educate and engage employees across locations through site visits and presentations.
