Henry Ford Health is seeking a Director of the Comprehensive Wellness Program to lead a physician-led, concierge health initiative focused on executive wellness, growth, and customer experience.

The role partners with the Medical Director and senior leaders to shape strategy, expand offerings, and deliver measurable value, while maintaining high standards of professionalism and discretion in a complex healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Administration, or related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, finance, or program growth.
• Strong financial and business acumen, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience in complex, matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to influence and drive results across diverse teams.
• Excellent communication to articulate value to internal/external audiences.
• Experience in sales, business development, or revenue growth preferred.
• High professionalism, judgment, and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute strategic vision for the Comprehensive Wellness Program with growth and sustainability.
• Manage program budget, resources, and financial reporting.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, align stakeholders, drive execution.
• Develop partnerships and growth opportunities to expand reach.
• Oversee program operations ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Coach and develop team members; foster accountability and discretion.
