PrideGlobal is seeking an Executive Director for Emergency Services & Nursing Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple hospital campuses in Des Moines, IA. This senior role oversees staffing, budgets, regulatory compliance and program development to drive service-line growth.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree and 5+ years of healthcare management experience, with strong capabilities in leading multidisciplinary teams and driving quality and safety

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director – Emergency Services & Nursing Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple hospital campuses.

What You’ll Lead

• Staffing, workforce planning & leadership development
• Department budgets and financial performance
• Regulatory compliance and operational excellence
• Trauma, stroke, nurse residency and specialty programs
• Care coordination across hospital, rural and community partners
• Strategic planning, service-line growth and process improvement

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s degree required — MSN or healthcare/business-related preferred
• 5+ years of progressive healthcare management experience
• Strong hospital/clinical operations leadership experience
• Proven success with quality, safety and operational improvement
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and developing leaders
• Strong strategic, financial and communication skills
• Emergency Services, Nursing Operations, Trauma, Stroke, or specialty-program leadership experience is highly desirable.
