Pride-Health seeks a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide home health services across the Aberdeen area. You will conduct Start of Care assessments, manage OASIS documentation, and develop individualized care plans while delivering compassionate, independent care in patients’ homes.
The role requires reliable travel within a 60-mile radius, a valid RN license and CPR, and strong clinical judgment. Expect 40-hour weeks, days Mon-Fri, with on-call and occasional weekends.
Position Overview
Seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled home health services to patients throughout the Aberdeen service area. The RN will be responsible for conducting comprehensive patient assessments, completing OASIS documentation, managing care plans, and delivering skilled nursing services in the home setting. This role requires strong clinical judgment, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while coordinating care across the healthcare continuum.
