Job summary

You will focus on sectors like Basic Materials, Chemicals, Industrial Technology, Metals and Mining, building relationships with local bankers and sponsors to grow and retain profitable client portfolios. You will partner across the firm to offer the bank’s full capabilities, including Credit, Treasury Services, International Banking, and Syndicated Finance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of lending/credit experience focusing on business relationships.
• Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services.
• Ability to collaborate with internal partners and resources.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills with senior partners.
• FINRA Series 79, 63 and Securities Industry Essentials licenses required or must obtain within 120 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Become the industry expert and trusted advisor within the Diversified Industries sector.
• Support market activity and prospecting to help client acquisition, growth, retention.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal partners across Commercial Banking, Investment Banking, Syndicated Finance, Financial Sponsors Group, Asset Based Lending, and Direct Lending.
• Champion a culture of innovation and customer-centricity.
• Stay current with industry trends and identify opportunities for clients and the firm.
