Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee dining services at a single site to meet quality and safety standards.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, inventory, personnel, and equipment.
• Train staff and conduct quality control and in-service sessions.
• Communicate directives from clients and administrators to HCSG staff.
• Follow infection control and handwashing procedures to maintain a sanitary environment.
• Represent HCSG positively through professional interactions with staff and residents.
