University Health in San Antonio, TX seeks an Executive Director of Dialysis Services to lead our renal and dialysis programs across multiple sites. You will set clinical direction, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive growth and efficiency within the system.

The role requires a BSN, TX RN license, 3+ years in dialysis leadership, and strong leadership and communication, with relocation support available.

Formación

• Education: BSN required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience: 3+ years as a clinical nurse supervisor or director in dialysis services; leadership in multi-system dialysis ops preferred.
• Certifications: Current TX RN license; BLS Healthcare Provider or Instructor.
• Skills: Strong leadership and communication; bilingual Spanish/English a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee clinical services across multiple dialysis sites to ensure high-quality care and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise and mentor clinical and support staff; drive staff development and a positive work environment.
• Manage operational and capital budgets to meet organizational goals and ensure efficient resource use.
• Develop and update clinical and administrative policies to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.
• Represent dialysis services in community and professional forums.
