Job summary

University Health in San Antonio, TX, seeks an Executive Director of Dialysis Services to lead all renal care operations across the system. You will oversee dialysis clinics, inpatient programs, home dialysis, and jail dialysis services, shaping strategy with Medical Directors and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Nursing Bachelor's with 3+ years in dialysis leadership, Texas RN licensure, and BLS certification. Relocation assistance is provided to support a smooth transition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required; Master’s degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience as a clinical nurse supervisor or director in dialysis services.
• Current RN license in Texas; BLS required (Healthcare Provider or Instructor).
• Strong leadership and communication skills; bilingual Spanish/English a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical services across multiple dialysis sites to ensure high-quality care.
• Supervise and mentor clinical and support staff; lead staff development and recruitment.
• Manage operating and capital budgets to meet organizational goals.
• Develop and update policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Act as liaison with the community and represent dialysis services publicly.
