University Health in San Antonio, TX seeks an Executive Director of Dialysis Services to lead clinical direction, operations, and growth across renal clinics, inpatient and home dialysis programs. You will ensure quality care and regulatory compliance while guiding a multidisciplinary team.

You bring 3+ years of dialysis leadership, Texas RN license, and strong people skills. Relocation assistance is provided to join our health system and make a measurable community impact.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Current Texas RN license; BLS Healthcare Provider certification required.
• 3+ years of dialysis leadership experience; multi-site operations preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; bilingual abilities a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee clinical services across multiple dialysis sites to ensure high-quality, compliant patient care.
• Supervise and mentor clinical and support staff; drive staff development and retention.
• Manage operating and capital budgets; align with organizational goals.
• Develop and update clinical and administrative policies to maintain regulatory compliance.
• Represent dialysis services in community and professional forums.
