Job summary

University Health in San Antonio, TX seeks an Executive Director of Dialysis Services to oversee administration and clinical direction of all dialysis programs across the system, including renal clinics, inpatient and outpatient dialysis, home dialysis, and jail dialysis.

The role requires an RN license in Texas, and leadership experience in managing multi-site dialysis operations. Strong communication skills are essential; relocation assistance is provided to support the transition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required; Master’s degree is preferred.
• Current RN license in Texas; AHA BLS Healthcare Provider or Instructor card is required.
• Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication; Spanish/English bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the clinical services across multiple dialysis sites to ensure high-quality care and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise and mentor a team of clinical and support staff; lead staff development and recruitment.
• Manage operating and capital budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources to meet goals.
• Develop and update clinical and administrative policies for compliance with regulations.
• Act as liaison between University Health and the community to represent dialysis services.
