Job summary

University Health in San Antonio, TX is seeking an Executive Director of Dialysis Services to oversee the clinical direction of our dialysis programs, including inpatient, outpatient, home dialysis, and jail services. You will partner with Medical Directors to grow and improve patient care while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates hold a BSN with RN licensure in Texas, at least 3 years in dialysis leadership, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• Master’s degree in Nursing or related field is preferred.
• Active RN license in Texas; BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical services across multiple dialysis sites to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Supervise and mentor clinical and support staff; drive staff development.
• Manage operating and capital budgets to meet organizational goals.
• Develop and update clinical and administrative policies for regulatory compliance.
• Act as liaison between University Health and the community and professional forums.
