Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience: 3+ years as a clinical nurse supervisor/director in dialysis services; leadership in multi-system dialysis ops preferred.
• Certifications: Current RN license in Texas; BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical services across multiple dialysis sites ensuring high-quality care and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise and mentor clinical and support staff; lead staff development and recruitment.
• Manage operational and capital budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and alignment with goals.
• Develop and update policies to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.
• Represent dialysis services in community and professional forums.
