Job summary

University Health in San Antonio is seeking an Executive Director of Dialysis Services to oversee the administration and clinical direction of all dialysis programs across the health system. You will lead multiple dialysis sites, collaborate with Medical Directors, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive growth and efficiency.

The role requires RN licensure in Texas, a BSN, and a track record of leadership in dialysis operations. Relocation support and a competitive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Must hold an RN license in Texas.
• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the clinical services across all dialysis sites to ensure high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise and mentor a multidisciplinary team; drive staff development and recruitment.
• Manage operating and capital budgets; ensure efficient use of resources.
• Develop and update clinical and administrative policies to maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Serve as liaison between University Health and the community to promote dialysis services.
