Regeneron seeks a visionary VP of Enterprise Data & Information Management to build and govern the data program at enterprise scale. You will set data quality standards, define the governance framework, and lead a multi-disciplinary team across data governance, engineering, metadata management, and architecture.

You will align data strategy with AI delivery and regulatory requirements while reporting to the SVP Chief AI Officer.

Qualifikationen

• BS/BA degree in a related field required.
• 20+ years leading enterprise data management, governance, or data architecture organizations, with a track record of building data foundations that enable AI and analytics at scale.
• Deep expertise in data governance frameworks, master data management, metadata management, and enterprise data quality, including experience establishing these disciplines from scratch in a complex enterprise.
• Hands-on architectural depth in federated data architecture, semantic layers, and multimodal data infrastructure. Able to operate as both strategist and technical leader.
• Experience with GxP data compliance in a regulated life sciences or biopharma environment strongly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Set enterprise data quality standards and governance policy for Regeneron's data estate and decide where to invest in master data management and cataloging.
• Hold executive accountability for data governance outcomes across the enterprise, arbitrating trade-offs between data quality and delivery timelines.
• Set strategic direction for the enterprise semantic layer and standardize domains centrally vs federated models.
• Drive the business glossary and taxonomy program to ensure governed vocabulary across domains.
• Define the knowledge graphs strategy and investment case for enterprise use cases.
• Own the federated data ecosystem architecture balancing domain data products with centralized governance.
• Set and enforce GxP data standards and compliance across data pipelines; liaise with Regulatory, Quality, and Legal leaders.
• Lead data privacy and security policy at the enterprise level and coordinate with CISO and Legal on privacy-by-design.
