Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred with significant senior nonprofit leadership experience.
• Ten years of relevant professional experience or five years with an advanced degree.
• Proven track record in strategic leadership, fundraising, and board governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and organizational direction for the Foundation.
• Strengthen donor and fundholder relationships and community partnerships.
• Grow charitable assets through development, planned giving, and grants.
• Collaborate with the Board on governance, policy, and long-range planning.
• Oversee financial stewardship, investment oversight, and operations.
