Gulf Bend Center in Victoria, TX seeks an Executive Director to lead operations, strategy, and community leadership, reporting to the Board of Trustees.

The ED will oversee financial stewardship, fundraising, program quality, and compliance, while guiding staff, partners, and providers across seven-county catchment.

They will promote CORE values, build partnerships, and ensure sustainable growth and accountability.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field required.
• Proven experience in strategic planning, fundraising, and board governance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Center's mission.
• Oversee financial management, budgeting, and compliance with regulations.
• Foster community partnerships and fundraising initiatives across a 7-county catchment.
• Lead staff development and ensure high-quality, trauma-informed care services.
