Job summary

Brazos Valley Food Bank in Bryan, Texas, seeks an Executive Director to lead strategy, programs, operations, finances, development, advocacy, and community engagement. Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of senior leadership experience, nonprofit sector preferred.
• Experience working with a Board of Directors.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary and operational leadership for strategy, programs, and finances.
• Serve as primary liaison to the Board and ensure governance and accountability.
• Inspire staff, engage donors and volunteers, and build community partnerships.
• Champion growth while ensuring financial stewardship and regulatory compliance.
