Artemis Lifestyles is seeking an Executive Director (CAM) to lead a single-family home community, driving strategic initiatives and strong resident relations. You will oversee cross-functional teams, budgeting, and compliance to ensure property value and operational efficiency.

The role emphasizes capital projects, risk management, and effective stakeholder collaboration to sustain growth and profitability for the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in community management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience managing large properties with a focus on financial performance and resident relations.
• Strong knowledge of HOA laws, covenants, and property management best practices.
• Demonstrated success in leading large teams and managing complex capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for community management activities to maximize asset value and resident satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor a team of managers, security, maintenance, janitorial, and administrative staff to ensure operational excellence and professional development.
• Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and expense control to meet or exceed financial targets for the property portfolio.
• Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance and high service standards.
• Coordinate maintenance, capital improvement projects, and risk management initiatives to maintain property integrity and safety.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform leasing strategies and property positioning.
• Ensure adherence to all legal, regulatory, and company policies related to property management and leasing.
• Other duties as assigned.
