• Demonstrated success leading large teams and managing capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for asset value and resident satisfaction.
• Lead a team of managers, security, maintenance, janitorial, and administrative staff.
• Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and expense control to meet targets.
• Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Coordinate maintenance, capital improvements, and risk management initiatives.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform leasing strategies.
• Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and company policies.
