• Active Florida LCAM license for at least 1 year.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• 1+ year of community association management experience; 2+ years preferred.
• Strong knowledge of condo/HOA operations and Florida Statutes.
• Experience with vendor management, budgeting, and administrative oversight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned condominium or HOA associations.
• Serve as liaison to Board Members; provide operational guidance.
• Coordinate and facilitate Board meetings, agendas, reports, and follow-up.
• Manage vendors, contractors, and maintenance personnel.
