Job summary

Artemis Lifestyles is seeking a Director of Community Safety to lead safety programs across HOA properties. You will develop policies, collaborate with managers and local authorities, and elevate security standards. A background in real estate safety, risk management, and emergency planning is required.

Lead training initiatives, oversee vendor relationships, and drive data-driven safety improvements. Onsite role based in Summerfield, FL with strategic impact on community trust and liability

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in community safety, security management, or a related discipline, preferably within real estate or property management.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing safety programs and emergency response plans.
• Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal safety regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement community safety policies and procedures tailored to the unique needs of real estate properties and rental communities.
• Coordinate with property managers, security personnel, and local authorities to monitor safety conditions and respond to incidents promptly.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead safety training programs and emergency preparedness drills for staff and residents to ensure readiness and awareness.
• Manage safety-related communications and reporting, including incident documentation, compliance records, and community outreach initiatives.
• Oversee the selection and management of security vendors and technology solutions to enhance property safety.
• Analyze safety metrics and trends to inform continuous improvement efforts and strategic planning.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for safety concerns, investigations, and resolution within the community.
• Schedule security team members to ensure no gaps in community security.
• Other duties as assigned.
