Qualifications

• Working knowledge of statutes for assigned Condominium or Homeowner Association type.

Responsibilities

• Lead management of a single association, master association, or master association with multiple sub-associations.
• Collaborate with board members to foster professional relationships and long-term planning.
• Attend and facilitate meetings; coordinate security matters as needed.
• Supervise on-site maintenance and personnel to ensure efficient operations.
• Propose improvements and organizational tools to enhance efficiency.
• Participate in management company training classes, meetings, and seminars for growth.
• Enforce community restrictions and regulations to support community well‑being.
• Other duties as assigned.
