Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in community management with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of HOA laws, covenants, and property management best practices.
• Experience managing large properties with focus on financial performance and resident relations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for community management to maximize asset value and resident satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor a team of managers, security, maintenance, janitorial, and administrative staff to ensure operational excellence and professional development.
• Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and expense control to meet or exceed financial targets for the property portfolio.
• Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance and high service standards.
• Coordinate maintenance, capital improvements, and risk management initiatives to maintain property integrity and safety.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform leasing strategies and property positioning.
• Ensure adherence to all legal, regulatory, and company policies related to property management and leasing.
• Other duties as assigned.
