• Create an exceptional experience for residents and families
• Coach and develop department leaders while building an engaged, accountable team
• Oversee budgets, expenses, and financial performance
• Ensure the community meets regulatory, operational, and quality standards
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, team members, and community partners
