The role translates research strategy into measurable operations, ensuring studies move efficiently from award to closeout and sites have the resources to perform.

The incumbent will oversee site operations, startup, regulatory, recruitment, trial delivery, and performance management, building scalable processes and clear accountability across teams.

Formación

• Extensive clinical research operations leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead multi-site trials and diverse teams.
• Strong understanding of GCP and sponsor-operated trials.

Responsabilidades

• Own the operational execution of the clinical trials portfolio from award through closeout.
• Establish clear ownership, timelines, and performance expectations across sites.
• Drive site readiness, enrollment performance, and risk mitigation.
• Standardize processes and provide executive visibility into performance.
• Lead startup, regulatory, recruitment, and project-management activities.
