Job summary

TalentCraft is seeking an experienced clinical operations leader to oversee execution of clinical programs and strengthen collaboration with research sites in the United States. You will drive study performance, manage external partners, support patient recruitment, and ensure timelines across multiple trials.

The role requires on-site interactions with investigators, hands-on leadership, and the ability to translate operational challenges into actionable solutions. Travel will be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in clinical research with leadership of trial execution and external partner oversight.
• Experience managing CROs and vendors in pharma/biotech settings.
• Strong understanding of sponsor responsibilities and outsourced study governance.
• Hands-on site interactions, investigator engagement, and CRA experience is a plus.
• Ability to translate operational challenges into practical, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational planning and execution across multiple studies with timelines and budgets.
• Oversee CROs and vendors, monitor performance and contract-related activities.
• Engage with investigators and site teams, including on-site visits.
• Develop recruitment strategies and optimize patient enrollment and screening.
• Manage study start-up, protocol changes, and budget implications.
• Track risks, drive issue resolution, and ensure protocol adherence.
