Job summary

Velocity Clinical Research, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Site Director to manage the site's overall clinical operations, budgets, staff, and patient safety. The role drives feasibility, staffing, recruitment, study conduct, and regulatory compliance at the site level.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in clinical management within the research industry, strong project management, and excellent communication skills to coordinate with sponsors, CROs, and internal teams. Moderate travel is required.

Qualifications

• Requires strong project management experience and ability to lead multiple studies.
• Demonstrates knowledge of clinical research processes and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to sponsors/teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site operational budget and meet financial targets.
• Manage 24/7 site operations and clinical trial management.
• Develop staffing plans and recruit for site needs.
• Ensure site compliance with ICH GCPs and Velocity SOPs.
• Coordinate patient recruitment and relationships with external vendors.
• Report site revenues, forecasts, and bill sponsors/CROs.
