Job summary

Cooper Norcross Health seeks a Director of Clinical Research Operations to direct clinical trials and research activities across centralized and decentralized teams. You will implement standardized workflows, oversee quality assurance, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Reporting to AVP of Research Operations, you will develop staffing models, lead continuous improvement, and partner with institute leaders, nursing, regulatory, and finance to support trial growth and sponsor audits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–10 years of clinical research operations experience.
• Master's degree in Health Sciences, Public Health, or related field.
• Knowledge of GCP, FDA and IRB requirements is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee centralized ORSP coordinators and staff to ensure compliant trials.
• Standardize workflows, SOPs, and performance dashboards across sites.
• Partner with investigators, regulatory, finance and support teams to manage trials.
