The Jewish Federation of El Paso & Las Cruces seeks an Executive Director to lead the organization into its next chapter of growth, impact, and community engagement. The Executive Director partners with the Board, donors, and stakeholders to strengthen the Federation as the central convener of Jewish life in the region, combining strategic vision with fundraising and operational excellence.

• Proven ability to plan strategically and guide growth.
• Strong fundraising, donor cultivation, and philanthropy strategy experience.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Ability to inspire donors, volunteers, and community leaders around a vision.

Responsabilités

• Provide visionary leadership for programs, operations, finances, and personnel.
• Recruit, mentor, and evaluate staff to foster excellence and growth.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting with finance teams.
• Lead fundraising campaigns, major gifts, and donor stewardship.
