Job summary

The Tampa JCCs and Federation seeks an Executive Director to lead its JCCs, grow membership and programs, supervise operations, and fundraise. The ED will be a key public face, with input across departments and a focus on Shanna and Bryan Glazer JCC and JCC North Campus.

Ideal candidates have JCC or Jewish communal experience, strong leadership, and a track record of donor cultivation and organizational growth in a complex nonprofit setting.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience leading JCC or Jewish communal organizations preferred.
• Minimum five years in senior leadership.
• Strong fundraising experience and donor relations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead staff across programs and membership.
• Oversee fundraising activities and donor relations.
• Represent Tampa JCCs locally and nationally.
• Attend board meetings and provide reports.
• Maintain balanced budgets and fiscal oversight.
• Oversee risk management and security.
• Lead strategic planning to grow programs and facilities.
