Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks an Executive Director, Cash Management Product Control Lead, to manage end-to-end financial reporting and risk governance for cash management and deposit products.

You will build scalable reporting, drive controls, and partner across product, sales, operations, technology, and finance. You will lead a team of product controllers, deliver executive-level narratives, and drive improvements in processes, data quality, and reporting transformations.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in product control or closely related area with people leadership responsibilities.
• Experience owning profit and loss reporting in a well-controlled environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, and control frameworks across end-to-end product lifecycle.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders in a global, matrixed organization.
• Track record of driving change (reporting modernization, automation, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and advanced spreadsheet skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of product controllers, setting priorities and maintaining strong risk culture.
• Own end-to-end P&L reporting and key risk reporting for supported products.
• Deliver clear, decision-useful financial insights and executive narratives to senior stakeholders.
• Set direction for management reporting content, metrics, governance, and cadence.
• Partner with operations, technology, middle office, and other control functions to design robust controls.
• Govern financial impact assessments and accounting for new products and changes.
• Drive issue management and remediation with root-cause analysis and fixes.
• Lead change initiatives such as process automation and data quality improvements.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to resolve complex reporting topics.
• Prepare senior-level materials including executive presentations and deep-dive analyses.
• Respond to high-priority requests from control partners with urgency and quality.
