Job summary

Zohorecruit seeks an Executive Director to lead clinical operations for a behavioral health and addiction recovery facility in South Bend, Indiana. The role combines strategic planning, staff leadership, and program development to advance mission-driven care.

You will oversee Recovery Managers, Counselors, and BHT Leads; ensure regulatory compliance, quality of care, and financial sustainability while mentoring clinical teams and fostering a safe, collaborative treatment environment.

Qualifications

• Strategic leadership experience in behavioral health or addiction recovery.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and HIPAA.
• Experience managing clinical teams and supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Recovery Managers, Counselors, and BHT Leads.
• Oversee client care, program compliance, and staff development.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards in clinical documentation and service delivery.
• Manage intake and onboarding of new clients and family involvement.
• Facilitate team meetings and clinical case reviews.
• Serve as crisis contact for after-hours situations.
• Conduct staff evaluations and provide direct care support when needed.
• Lead client group sessions and coordinate family engagement programs.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term strategic plans.
• Support the organization’s mission through ethical leadership.
