You will collaborate with Ascension Recovery Services and local teams to grow census, ensure quality care, and maintain compliance. A mission-driven leader with 5+ years of behavioral health leadership will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of progressive leadership in behavioral health or residential care.
• Strong operational leadership and performance management experience.
• Experience managing budgets, labor, and key operational metrics.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day leadership of facility operations.
• Oversee patient census, growth, and market development.
• Manage financial performance, budget, and labor costs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accreditation readiness.
