Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitors and oversees program participation to include participant flow in and out of the program.
• Provides sign off on clinical documentation completed by the team, if needed.
• Serve as Clinical Lead for Campus Connection, ensuring coordination with initiatives.
• Develop strategies to engage community members and maintain partnerships to support mission.
