Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking an experienced Program Director for its Las Vegas, NV treatment program. This on-site, full-time leadership role focuses on ensuring high-quality service delivery, regulatory compliance, and staff development in a recovery-focused behavioral health setting.

The ideal candidate will balance client care, operational performance, and organizational priorities, leading with professionalism and emotional intelligence within Nevada’s regulatory framework and HIPAA/42 CFR Part 2

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a qualifying behavioral health discipline from an accredited institution.
• Current Nevada license or Board-approved clinical intern credential that permits the candidate to provide assigned clinical services.
• Candidates practicing under an intern or supervised credential must be eligible to provide assigned clinical services under Nevada-approved supervision.
• Demonstrated competence providing individual and group counseling or psychotherapy in a behavioral health setting.
• Experience with clinical assessment, individualized treatment planning, clinical documentation, and coordination of care.
• Ability to operate within the legal and ethical scope of the Nevada license or credential.
• Understanding of HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 requirements in behavioral health treatment.
• Strong interpersonal, clinical communication, and multidisciplinary collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of program operations, ensuring services are delivered safely and in line with organizational expectations.
• Promote a trauma-informed, person-centered, recovery-oriented culture for clients and staff.
• Partner with clinical leadership to support quality treatment, staffing, documentation, and continuity of care.
• Monitor program performance, staffing needs, client census, workflow, quality indicators, and priorities.
• Align operations with Nevada regulatory requirements, payer expectations, and accreditation standards.
